Standdown started with a simple realization: daily standup meetings were killing our productivity. We spent 30 minutes every morning listening to updates that could have been read in 2 minutes.
We built Standdown to reclaim that time. By moving status updates to an asynchronous format, we empower teams to communicate effectively without breaking their flow.
